Our herbal blend contains five key ingredients that can help with having restless nights. Issues with insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, a chatter mind, depression, pms symptoms, antispasmodic and high blood pressure.

For dried herbs, place 1-2 teaspoons into your tea infuser or directly into the teapot.
2. Boil water: Bring your water to a rolling boil using a kettle or a pot on the stove.
3. Infuse the tea: Pour the boiling water over the herbs. A recommended ratio is about 1 teaspoon of dried herbs or 2 teaspoons of fresh herbs per 8 ounces (1 cup) of water.
4. Steep: Cover your cup or teapot to prevent the aromatic oils from escaping. Allow the herbs to steep for at least 5 minutes, but up to 10-30 minutes for a stronger tea.
5. Strain: Once steeping is complete, pour the tea into your cup through a strainer to remove the loose herbs.
6. Sweeten and serve: Add honey, sugar, or a sugar substitute to taste. Enjoy your warm, homemade herbal tea.
